SECITICS LLC ("SECITICS," "Company," "we," "us," or "our") operates secitics.com (the "Site") and provides downloadable cybersecurity software, software updates, security intelligence feeds, technical support, and related documentation and services (collectively, the "Services").

• Support and Communications: Information voluntarily provided when requesting technical support, submitting inquiries, requesting demonstrations, reporting issues, or communicating with our personnel.
1.2 Downloadable Software and Local Data Processing
SECITICS Software is designed as downloadable, locally executed, on-premise cybersecurity software.
The Software performs processing within the customer's own environment. Except for information voluntarily submitted by a customer for license administration, technical support, troubleshooting, or other requested services, SECITICS does not ordinarily collect, receive, store, or transmit the customer's internal network topology, target IP lists, vulnerability assessment reports, OT/ICS configuration files, or local assessment results through the Software.
Customer retains control of its operational and assessment data within its own environment.
1.3 Information Collected Automatically on the Site
When you visit the Site, we may automatically receive certain technical information, such as browser type, device information, IP address, referring URL, timestamps, and basic Site activity or log information.
